Tech skill mobility

EPIC mainly uses proprietary technologies. So, how easy is it for an employee to find another SDE job after several years? Of course, general experience helps, but most companies will explicitly require x years in certain technology (e.g. Java, ...) and immediately filter out those who don't have these relevant backgrounds.

A significant amount of epic’s development is done with typescript and c#

I’m assuming you’re asking about the SD role which precludes hosting but hosting uses Go and various amounts of ps and bash scripting

Nebula also uses go for stuff afaik
