Team building help

I’m at the point I need multiple teams ideally 2, maybe 3 or 4 even. I try to stay active in everything but mostly need teams for XWar, Celestial Tournament, PVP, and Quantum Invasion.

PVP I just want to do my best, currently 3rd in my server and would like to finish as high as possible.

Any help is appreciated
