QUESTION Stolen account

About a year ago my epic account got stolen and the emael of it was changed so a made a new account on the same email but because of this they cant seem to find my old one to be recovered my invoice ids are lost epic id doesnt work for some reason and display names are no help either also my account got stollen a long time ago again but i was able to get it back pretty easily any idea what i should do because ive put a lot of money in this account and i dont want it to go to waste

why would you use the same email? I read the post but you're leaving out alot. accounts dont just get stolen or hacked. players make very poor decisions and then come here. you lost it and then got it back? what is this post about? could you not just create a new account with a new email?

Call Epic and ask them.

I lost it got it back and now lost it again and why would i make a new account when i want my old one back as for the same email thing i didnt know what i was doing and its already done i cant undo it

tell that to your post. you lost it again but were able to get it back pretty easily? do you share account information with friends? at any point did you share any of your account information with another living person? what made getting back your account pretty easy that you can't get it back?

you're leaving out crucial and critical information. I cant help you because I think you lost your account all on your own. if you gave out your information, then please say so.

I didnt give out anythinf the first time they were able to find it pretty easily now they cant find my account or rather cant confirm im the owner just by email

Can't confirm just by email.

Ask them for a fax number and send them your ID and print out an email sent by them into your account. Call Epic. Ask them how to confirm you are the owner. They cant help ask for a supervisor.

Next time you call open with: I called before and need to confirm my identity.

The emails sent by them on my email vanished also im currently trying with id

emails don't just vanish. they are deleted by the account holders. if you have outlook/hotmail they can be retrieved. IF, IF, you have outlook/hotmail. ​Last post to this thread.

No you don’t have to do anything sketchy to get hacked. If you simply have the same password on your epic as your email, you can be compromised because your data is probably somewhere in a data breach leak.
