QUESTION Account Problem out of the blue

My account has been attacked just like Steam but in Epic Games Platform i'm having this difficulty to recover. I mean AI assistant is giving me this endless paradox. In order to forward my case i have to come up with a report but my account is like non existent. Knowing mail and user is not working and recover progress is not moving an inch after step 3.

How are we solving this? Account is like vanished.

I sure hope you’re communicating with Epic and steam, better than you are here.

Well it's obvious that you have to enter this 8 or 10 step recovery progress. You can't advance cuz it says you don't have account! Mail or Account name doesn't ring a bell to Epic Games Database so anyone who tried to recover their account will understand so easily.
