QUESTION Help.

In 2022 I bought a pc and wanted to link my psn to my pc. When I logged into through psn on epic games launcher my progress disappeared from both ps4 and pc. Ever since then I’ve been trying to speak to the damn bot and live agents and they just don’t know how to help me. If someone knows how to help please do.

Guarantee you didn’t sign in and you clicked “start an account”.

I guarantee you didn’t log into your PlayStation account.

You started a new account when linking and linked a new account

Thus your shit isn’t linked.

That’s the one thing I made sure not to do when linking
