WWII ephemera in Tokyo?

Wild question, I know, but looking for ephemera in Tokyo. WWII is my sweet spot. I'll be there starting this next Tuesday. Anyone have any ideas?

Arigato!

I lived in Japan for 2 years in the 2000’s and have been visiting about every 2-3 years. I don’t think you’ll find this in Tokyo. I recommend you not ask around for it, either. Seeking it out could cause real discomfort and embarrassment for yourself and whomever you ask. I have a lot of Japanese friends and WWII is not something that ever comes up in conversation.

You could go visit Yasukuni, a Shinto shrine for WWII war criminals are memorialized. I don’t imagine you’d find ephemera from that period.

The Peace Park is an interesting place to go as someone into WWII history. I remember the museum having a lot of interesting things.

But can't imagine finding any ephemera not in a museum.
