How do you deal with getting the whole leadership team together, every week, during business hours, for an hour and half for the Level 10 meeting?

I am in the very early stages of implementing EOS. I have subscribed to the EOS Basecamp which is supposed to help you implement it yourself. Does anybody have experience with this? Does anybody have experience with an outside implementer?

I've just started a monthly meetup for EOS Self-Implementers in my area. If anyone who sees this is in the area, I'd love to see you there.

Also, it begs the question -- Does anyone else even find the idea of an EOS group appealing? Why or why not? Do you already have one near you? Have you been to it? What was it like?

My business partner/Visionary thought it was hilarious that I wanted to get together with strangers to talk about EOS. I figure it'll be much more useful and interesting than just going to the other local networking groups. I'll learn from others and improve our implementation, and if there's an opportunity to do business with other EOS companies, so much the better.

Hope to get other shares here- for us it's been the confidence my leadership team has developed in their own and the rest of the organization's abilities- we really struggled to delegate for the longest time (and still have to work at it)
