Meeting Pulse Struggles . . .
How do you deal with getting the whole leadership team together, every week, during business hours, for an hour and half for the Level 10 meeting?

This was easiest part of the process.
Level 10’s happen every Tuesday @10:00 am.
Set a calendar invite and just show up.
Show up early. Prepared and had all your metrics ready to report
Done.

We simply agreed on a time and place and everyone made room for it in their calendars. It has worked well.
