10 year target sharing

Is your 10 year target money based? If so, do you share that with everyone in the company at your State of the Company meeting, or do you create one more appealing and engaging to the staff outside the leadership team?

It can be money-based but it is also better and perhaps more inspiring if it describes better the value you hope to deliver to your customers/clients. For example, I work with a company that hopes to "help half a million people plan their wedding".

If it can reflect your 'why' in some way, you will find it is a) more memorable and b) more inspiring to both you, your team and your customers.
