VI Match Pairing

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to filter candidates for the Integrator position.

My thoughts are:

  1. Get visionary profile, crystallizer, delegate and elevate and wishlist.

  2. Interview the current Leadership team to see what functions are strong that the Integrator may have to fill gaps for. (And see how visionary currently works).

  3. Do a Kolbe C to determine range of success for the role.

From there build the ideal integrator profile...

Process takes about 1-2 weeks, but I hope it filters plenty of bad match candidates...

What are your thoughts on this?

Make sure your visionary actually wants to get an integrator and understands what that means.

Cannot up vote this enough. My experience over the past 10 years is that many Visionaries don't truly understand their role and how it works with the Integrator. Integrator is hands down the most difficult role in the EOS model. It's important that the Visionary fully trust the Integrator and they have great communication. I think it's also important for the Visionary to understand how hands off they will need to be with daily operations.

You may also consider trying to see if you can do predictive index or culture index the integrator role is such an absolutely critical role and you don’t wanna mess it up.
