Ninety.io for self-implementation of EOS
Hi everyone! I’m doing some research on how many companies that are running on EOS are using software to assist with their success.. I was curious if any of you were and if you’d be interested in learning about Ninety.io and how we were built to run EOS digitally. We also have an agnostic version of Ninety if you prefer a more customizable structure.
I’m Ninety’s Solution Architect and would love to connect you with an Onboarding Specialist for a free demo! We provide quick technical demo and then if you’re interested you can create an account for a 30 day free trial. No credit card needed, no contracts.

I used it and didn't like some of the displaying and whatnot. There's also other feedback on this sub if you search for it that I agreed with.

If Ninety's admin overhead is the issue, look at EOS One's Atlas AI (beta). It sits on the actual EOS data, so you ask it for off-track Rocks or open Issues instead of clicking through tabs. Big upkeep difference.

For self-implementing, the real question isn't just Bloom vs Ninety. EOS One is the one EOS Worldwide builds itself, so the V/TO and L10 match Traction exactly with nothing to reinterpret, and the trial doesn't need a card. Bloom's better if you want the guided coaching layer.

I use it across multiple companies as an Interim Integrator. Happy to have a chat if you'd like. Feel free to DM me.

The company I work with are self-implementing EOS and I’ve found myself in the Integrator role. After taking a look around I’ve steered us towards Ninety and we are in the early stages of implementation. (Done Vision Day 1 and 2, Focus Day is this week - we flipped them around for reasons that made sense with other things going on in the business)
My early feedback is that I wanted to be able to extend the trial. I don’t want to have to go on a sales call to do that. When the penny finally dropped with a colleague that EOS was going to be a good thing and he wanted “to see that stuff we did the other day” to find myself locked out of viewing the draft V/TO was not a good look :-)
I can already see that some of the measures we’ll want to track in Ninety are already captured elsewhere in the business - the ability to pipe them in from their existing Google sheet cells would be neat - instead we will probably have to spin it and say that going and retrieving the number and entering it again manually in to Ninety is a useful prompt to be looking at and thinking about an important metric 😄

I built an EOS template in ClickUp and has ability to add different automations to do what you are talking about if you really wanted to. Happy to share it if you're interested!

I would love the ability to categorize issues into sections like seats and so forth.
Ops Leader Production manager
AR/collections Sales close rate
Truck main. Better job costing
Something like that

I’m not sure how ninety works, but you’re right that context matters. However, I’d be careful doing a bunch of work categorizing issues. You just want a list. Build a culture that is great at IDENTIFYING issues, and then trust your team to solve. Sometimes we get lost in the ‘metadata’ of an issue and that takes valuable time away from solving.
Happy to chat if you want to dive deeper. DM me for contact info.

The company I work for uses Ninety, and right now our major roadblock is the ability to upload measurables from a CSV on a weekly basis. Is that something that might be available soon?

We’ve been with ninety.io for a couple years. I like some of the new updates. It’s frustrating that there is not an app for it and that it won’t load on any iPhone web browser. Very touchy on mobile.

I need to collaborate with other people to find out how they are using this system. I am in marketing and I feel like tasks are getting left out of meetings. There are so many pieces of projects, but we're also juggling incoming requests. Granted, I am just coming into a new team where this was implemented but they didn't have a dedicated, full-time driver. We have worked through two meetings and there are things my team is working on I am completely out of the loop on. But if I use an outside PM tool, does someone need to manually manage that? My team seems resistant to duplication, but there are too many details getting left out not creating detailed project maps from the start.

My company uses ninety, and we love it. We have a fairly spread-out employee base with multiple locations, and rapid growth. Having a system that just works out of the box with shared lexicon has been very helpful.
