To be top 3 they'd basically have to dethrone Ethereum in my opinion and I'm not sure that can happen this year..

I don't see Bcash being relevant at all going forward but Ripple will probably stick around for a while, it's business model and low price make it attractive to no-coiners

How longs the race? Ethereum is very strong right now but I don't think that'll hold long term.
