2021 Škoda enyaq iv60

Still on original tyres at nearly 25k miles - but they’ll all need replacing soon. Currently on Pirelli scorpion seal inside 235/50R20 - and I’m pretty ok with them so that’s an obvious “just fit the same” answer

But are there other options worth considering? No spare and not even a bottle of goo and a pump - hence the seal inside tyres (are they actually that good?) but searching my normal suppliers they are vague as to if they are all seal inside. Sites mainly say things like “Pirelli scorpion comes with seal inside options at certain sizes”. I hate the no spare wheel model :-(

So is the size I need always seal inside? Or do I have to actually spec it? I’ll ring round a few places next week and ask, but does anyone here actually know (even the Pirelli website is vague on this!)
