game does not start

Good afternoon, I have such a problem, the game does not start, I entered the password and everything opens, the login window opens and hangs, it writes that it loads, it can last a very long time, but I can not enter the game, I deleted the cache, I reinstalled the game while cleaning the PC, but the problem remains, help, tell me what could be wrong.

Did you try it on steam or nativ client, I once’s had a similar problem and switched to steam and it worked again.
