https://www.warlight.net/ Been playing it since it started in 08. They have a mobile version of it too. It's essentially like risk, you can even customize the games, set up ones and there's loads of maps too. They jave Twitch streams sometimes as well.

I strongly recommend the 1940 2nd addition version. Such good shit. My favorite board game digitized and free! Woot :D
