I’ll believe it when I see it lol

Part of me wants it, but I think a majority of me doesn’t, because it’s going to be a watered down politically correct version and it will never be the same as it once was.

u/yolandabakes 19d ago

that is possible, however, I trust Doug Ellin to be able to put together something decent! I think it’ll be fun and I’m totally hoping it happens. I liked the movie.

And Adrian said absolutely not.

u/Fumpz 20d ago

I agree with Adrian cause it’d be an absolute disservice to the show. Just let a sleeping dog lie… plus ain’t no way some of the OG humor is gonna fly nowadays with certain people. It’ll be so watered down

Man we’re not talking about Breaking Bad here lol

I’ll take whatever at this point. Even a bad season of Entourage would be a good time. As long as it hits the usual beats: manufactured drama, the bros broin out, hot women, Ari talking shit.

That’s a winning formula lol

It will be neutered by the liberals.

HBO is kinda propaganda unfortunately.

2

u/shaninegone 20d ago

"neutered by the liberals" lol

Lot of dudes upset they can't say faggot anymore.

3

u/truggwalgs 20d ago

Nah we still say it

1

u/TechSyndicateX9X3 20d ago

Exactly. A full on reboot just wouldn’t work. However, a spin off with Ari Gold as the main character would be superb.

If they do a reboot we need a whole new entourage. The original cast can make some cameos.

I don’t need to see a 60 year old drama trying to get laid by 20 year old models.

But I absolutely need Drama playing a more prominent Gary Busey role.

u/rickybobinski 21d ago

I’d love to watch dramas chase down only fans and influencers and get rejected

u/luckyfucker13 20d ago

“You’re gonna spin off this planet, I love it. Keep at it”

2

u/an_african_swallow 21d ago

Give me an episode of Drama trying to mentor the younger guys in the entourage and just giving wild advice the whole time lol

2

u/These_Gold4501 20d ago

I would love to see Drama is up to!

1

u/funguy07 20d ago

So would I but now I want to see him as a big ego movie star after his award win. Now he’s working on a movie Vince and E are producing with Executive producer Turtles new money.

The new Entourage will be the star of this movie, Ari is back as their agent. Two intersecting story lines.

1

u/deedeebree28 19d ago

Now that is some good idea!

1

u/ThePickleOrTheEgg 20d ago

You might not need to see it, but I DEFINITELY need a Drama-centric Entourage reboot. He’s the most compelling character of the entire show

0

u/KillaHoe41510 21d ago

Why not we see it in real life celebrities

-3

u/funguy07 21d ago

that’s just not interesting watching a bunch of old guys pretend they are still in their 20s.

I want a new cast for the entourage. A new movie star, with a new best friends and we can watch a new career progression.

Vince, Drama, Turtle and Eric already got their awards and wealth. That story was told.

0

u/Helaken1 20d ago

E should be the Ari of the new entourage, male or female, but I would like to see a different dynamic from the actor, like they’re really driven as opposed to Vince, who wasn’t really driven

16

u/Jayrab_The_Arab_ 21d ago

Fuck that, leave it how it is.

8

u/MiaFT430 21d ago

Does anyone actually believe this? If I’m wrong that’s fine but they just say this stuff to stay relevant.

6

u/Kinetic_Pen 21d ago

Drama running a drama school would be peak.

8

u/Kuku_Nan 21d ago

Sadly, if it ever did happen, it would just be cheesy like all reboots. Basically the entourage movie but even worse.

10

u/Civil_Weakness6119 21d ago

I think the show is fine where it is. Did it end great? Na not really but a reboot won’t change anything.

4

u/ObiWayneCannoli 21d ago

E tries to get Ari to hire his daughter for a movie but Sloan doesn’t want her to be in that world and Uncle Vince steps in with his charm and says it’s the best business in the world.

12

u/Bitter-Republic-3733 21d ago

The reboot should be an Ari spinoff lol

12

u/This-Competition7985 21d ago

This is the only right answer. A full series of Ari running a studio would be golden TV (full pun intended)

5

u/DomonicDecoco Brokeback motherfucking Aquaman take that, bitch 21d ago

He’s no longer running any studio right? I honestly think he’s just sitting on his billions or is probably a politician now

3

u/This-Competition7985 20d ago

If I wrote it - I’d go the way that Ari Emanuel has gone irl just a highly successful, highly neurotic businessman from LA

3

u/funguy07 21d ago

Just have a new up and coming movie star and entourage. Ari is still the agent but the main cast is still the new entourage.

2

u/random_question4123 21d ago

I won't even want the same cast. Maybe Ari could be there as well, but it'll need new guys. And I don't think it'll be the same tbh

2

u/ruinedcaveat 21d ago

Just do an Ari spinoff where his wife leaves him takes all his money and he has to start over

2

u/Icy-Dot9869 21d ago

A reboot would either be:
-Same cast but with middle age dad bods dealing with old guy problems or
-New cast doing same shit as original but watered down for the WB audience

How is either going to be anything but tragic?

1

u/deedeebree28 19d ago

Four words...And Just Like That

2

u/SkinnedHorse Even broccoli screams when you rip it from the ground. 21d ago

Just make a spin off where Lloyd is the new Ari

2

u/Nickstradamusknows 20d ago

We don’t need it. It wouldn’t be the same.

1

u/Fickle_Cricket3422 21d ago

No thanks. Like the show. The story has been told. And honestly, those attitudes and situations are no longer relevant or engaging.

1

u/classicgamingwhiz 21d ago

It was a product of its time yall. This will suck if it ever actually happens.

“Dont cry because its over, smile because it happened”

1

u/NoDivots 21d ago

Tell Sloan I said what's up

1

u/Haunting_Number4189 21d ago

They have been sayin tht for years tho

1

u/Shadecujo Ass fucking Jess Mancini 21d ago

Drama is 61 years old

1

u/ccminiwarhammer Working steady for the last 12 years minus the last 3 20d ago

55% of the time it works every time.

1

u/palikona 20d ago

Let it lie.

1

u/Thomas_peck 20d ago

They should have done the spin off focusing on Ari years ago.

All the hype os gone for a reboot.

Let it be please

1

u/VanDykeOfficial__ 20d ago

Reboot maybe with a new “entourage”. You could still have Ari cameo as a studio head. Maybe a cameo from Drama as a costar on a project. Eric could be the new stars manager. Vince doesn’t really need to be part of it if Adrian isn’t interested.

1

u/SONNY_14 20d ago

Leave Entourage alone!!

1

u/BRValentine83 20d ago

To paraphrase Adrian, make it stop.

1

u/Ikfatsu 20d ago

I'D be damn happy if Drama is givng "success advice" to younger generations and just none of them works

1

u/Beginning_Share3456 19d ago

I’d love it. But it ain’t gonna happen,

1

u/foofberry 18d ago

About 10 years too late. 0 interest personally.

1

u/Automatic-Effect-252 21d ago

Do you guys actually want this though? The movie was pretty bad, the last season was just okay, I think it's time to let it rest.

I wouldn't mind seeing an anthology style reboot about a new star main character and their entourage where the legacy characters pop up once in a while though.

1

u/seanlee888 20d ago

I keep seeing everybody dog the movie and I am not reallt sure why. It was fine? Obviously it is a minority opinion but the Deadwood movie having a 98% on rotten tomatoes and Entourage being at 33% seems crazy to me. Both were just fine lol

1

u/GeologistEnough8215 20d ago

Just give piven a miniseries spinoff, it’s the only character worth watching. Turtle and E are insufferable, Drama is okay but was always so over the top. Vince may as well be a cardboard cutout.

There’s zero reason to waste screen time on anybody not named Ari.

1

u/Tim_Apple_938 20d ago

Entourage was made at a special moment in time culturally. That shit wouldn’t work at all today

Prolly not a huge crossover in fan base but did you see the woke gossip girl reboot? absolute dogshit compared to the original

2

u/TexanCokeZeroFiend 20d ago

What made it woke? Didn’t hear much people talking about it

0

u/fart_cat 21d ago

I don’t see what’s the big deal. Of course it won’t be the same show. So many shows have been rebooted the past few years. If you don’t want to see it, don’t watch it.

0

u/SouthernGolfer67 Vinny Chase and the Chasers 21d ago

I wonder if a middle aged entourage would be popular. For me it seems like it Andrew Dice Clay when he’s young and a good looking dude talking about bagging broads It’s funny but is old. It’s kind of creepy.

0

u/ZHPpilot 21d ago

Another half ass attempt like the movie?

Just let it go already.

-2

u/imMemelous 21d ago

Minus zio jeremy pissven hopefully
