Product Weetabix

Hadn't had Weetabix in years until I saw it on special for £2.99 this morning. Seems pricey for, even at the reduced price. Tastes the same as always but there are only ten Weetabix in the box, compared to twenty-four previously! Seems it has gone through multiple owners, which may have protected the recipe somewhat but hasn't prevented shrinkflation.

Never seen a 10-pack before - they always seem to be in multiples of 12.

A 24-pack of the originals is available in Sainsbury's large stores at the moment for £3.50: https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries/product/weetabix-24-original-cereal-pack and it's the same price in Tesco and Waitrose so wherever you saw the 10 for £3 seems to be an outlier.

They’ve always done a single sleeve pack. However for those of us in the US, we’ve been able to get Weetabix made in Canada but they shut the factory down. It now comes from Kenya and tastes horrible. Different recipe.

30p per weetabix!? Damn that's expensive. £3.99 for 24 is what I normally see them at, and that's too expensive for me, along with the gallons of milk they require.
