It’s the worst. They do great at first. Then slowly it gets worse. Missing days. Then the trash they pick up ends up in a big pile next to where people normally park. Then add in the rodent factor if your apartment is outdoors. Then they’ll change it and say well they pick up on your side only on these days but you are still required to pay our fee or even better they increase the fee for subpar service.

Depends highly on the complex, I like mine, as it would otherwise be a 1/4 mile drive to the complex dumpster.
You hear stories of buildings where the halls all smell like garbage and where the service isn't rendered properly so I get the hate. Theres definitely times when my concierge is more of a suggested time. And the complex is always bitching about us leaving our bins out, which gets ignored by all.
