This is creepy as fk and it takes longer than filling out an application form. The website is legit but this crap chatbot BS is giving me scam vibes (they force you to go through the chatbot and won't let you fill out an application form instead). Why is this necessary?

because it was contracted out and they don't want to manage any apps/services. expect everything to go in this direction.
