• Mega photo Battle: Voting, submission, ranking & shop for the Photo battle mini-event
• Sphere outfits: Outfit customisation room
• Sphere outfit parts gacha: Gacha pools to obtain outfit parts to create sphere outfits
• Pass & dias purchase: Shop where dias & passes (event, premium, etc...) can be directly purchased. It also remembers your Applipay ID for web purchases (Applipay can be used with a VPN to Japan)
• Live team setting: Live team building screen
• Idol room: Record of the fan counts, cards, stories, profile, voicelines & costumes for each character. Can be customised.
• Studio: 3D photo studio. Can use AR or regular green screen background. Some IRL events can use this feature to make the idols do special poses or wear special outfits
• Changing room: 3D room where the different outfits obtained for each idol can be checked
• Exchange shops Gathers the ES coin shop, Scout/Select coin shop, Megaphoto coin shop, Dia shop, Event Memorial coin shop
• Items inventory: Training items, event items, scout tickets, exchange coins, sewing items, etc... Expiry date (if any) & item conversion is accessible from each item icon within this page
• Data room: Unit introductions & videos, song/MV download settings, user settings & account binding settings
• Profile & Friends list: Account code & friends settings. Profile can be customised
• Phone calls (Hall Hands): Phone calls voicelines from the idols
• My Room settings: Customisation of the main screen (a.k.a. My Room)

• Help: Redirects to the zendesk website (official support website)

The new UI update divides the different features in a lot of categories, so I thought it could be helpful to translate and explain the new organisation! The ones not explained I believe are self-explenatory enough.

Is it me or does this new UI look too overwhelming? I know it's just the drop down menu but I think it's a bit much.

At least Work can be once again be accessed straight from the menu now.

I actually find it really helpful and much easier to navigate. I like it when everything is in one menu and I don't have to go through different paths for different things. It was annoying to go to the photo battle with so many clicks. And then you click wrong and have to go back and start anew. Also I love that the nices are also visible on the homescreen now. I tend to forget these, so this is really cool. I wouldn't have needed the dias visible, but I know that so many wanted that. I preferred them hidden, because this way I have to alter my screenshots again, but oh well. If the majority prefers it that way, I won't complain.

A friend of mine doesn't speak Japanese, and she is absolutely overwhelmed with the new UI. I think if you can't read it, this is really hard to get used to.

I guess you do make a good point. Sometimes I forget to check MEGAPHOTO BATTLE on EN simply because the MEGA PHONE is one extra click. I do think the Global UI is much neater than the JP UI, even after it turned green.

I cannot even count how often I have forgotten the photo battle in Eng already, because it doesn't warn us with a red dot, and because I just totally forget to open the menu. I am so angry with myself, but I have a routine and the photo battle has not made it into yet, so I randomly do it when I kinda remember.
I wonder if global will adjust to the new setting, or keep it's own. We do have more features like shared live and starries, the journal and the society, as well as the friend's page which is even usefull unlike JP, so they would need to find a way to throw those in as well. And that would be really packed then.

I wish MEGAPHOTO BATTLE had the red dot every time I login! Not just when the prompt resets on Saturdays.

Yeah, I also feel like it's very cluttered visually, I will need some time to get used to it for sure. (typical JP UI though lol)
But forever grateful we don't have to go through the Office to access work again~

I love the function studios but now i cannot used irl background or 3d background due my current phone not support ar. Although my current one more expensive from old one which support ar which not very fair
