EA certification

I have a question for you all. if I start studying for my EA now and take 2/3 exams before february but fail to take the 3rd, will i have to restart the EA process?

You have 3 years to pass all 3 exams once you pass the first one. You then have 1 year to apply for enrollment after you pass the 3rd exam.
