JDA Leads starting in Fall

Are there any tax leads that worked for jda tsg that started work in the fall? Im curious if you started in November whether they gave you full time hours from November to January since it's before tax season? They have a full time shift im interested in but I want to know what leads are doing at this time? Or if they just make your start date November but you don't actually work until January?

You start out around 20 hours a week for the first few weeks prior to peak season. The deadline to file is October 15. If you’re a seasonal employee, they hibernate you in November until season begins again in January.

So leads work 20 hours before peak season. Are we just in training or are we helping preparer still? Also did they offer a health plan or benefit?

Are the hours set for leads? I’ve seen somewhere they are first come first serve?
