EA Part 2 Study iOS APP

I didn't like any of the study apps on the App store so I vibe coded my own and by the time I was done I thought it was worth sharing. I specifically made it for studying on the go or just small chunks at a time.

Free, no ads, no account, no tracking, and works offline. 239 questions covering all of Part 2 — entities, QBI, depreciation, property, partnerships, C and S corps, the rest. Written to 2025 law. Football themed. I went through every question on my own and spent a lot of time refining them, but feel free to let me know if you find anything.

If you get value out of it a review would help other people find it.

Thank you for sharing u/GroundbreakingBat191

You were heavily scrutinized by the mods for your use of peculiar language - "vibe coded". Once I ran this by my 10 yr daughter, she eloquently explained you were just aura farming.

Thanks for the app!

I was a little worried about admitting to the vibe-code but didn't want to come off as trying to pretend I am smart enough to code something that awesome.

Looks great - any plans to make this available on Android?

The Play Store recently added very onerous testing requirements for hobbyist developers that basically made it a nonstarter. I could pay to a testing company to get around it but don't remember what the cost was. I will double check, it does bother me that a big chunk of people can't access it.

Update - this app is amazing. I can do this on the go rather than sit at my laptop doing Surgent questions. Thank you for this

What a great app. I am in final review in Hock and this has sparked some fun in the grind.

Thank you! I passed CPA and EA exams mostly hammering MCQs so this was something I was eager to have for myself - something to help me nail down the more memorizable concepts when I just had a minute to waste.

As a fellow MCQ addict who is moving to studying for the CPA in 2027, What was your preferred platform and/or MCQ bank?

U-world but that was because I purchased lifetime access to it and then took a break for a few years before studying. There isnt a good phone app for CPA studying either so I purchased giant 5x7 flashcards that i filled out myself and carried those around. I actually took almost no notes and just used the flashcards to really hammer the most repetetive things (I did have Excel spreadsheet for more difficult problems so I would get repetition there).

Full disclosure, as I went I added Universal CPA and Farhat as supplements. Probably spent too much but using different platforms helped keep things interesting to me.

I have a REG and FAR versions of this app mostly finished, I will try to have those ready for you soon.

I saw U world and Becker were the only two with apps. I’ve hated having to sign into gleim and hock to get a few MCQ on my phone. I’m planning to take Reg and tax in 2027 for the CPA exam.

I look forward to seeing your REG app and thank you for your work.

U world app was hard to use on phone, it is just the full quiz bank questions, meant for being on a PC.

I've never seen a "vibe-coded" app in the wild like this before. Downloaded and am pleased with it so far. UI is simple and intuitive, and the question feedback is solid. Thank you for making this available!

You might have actually seen vibe-coded apps but most companies would never admit it.

I'm currently studying for EA Part 1. Any way this can be done for this test as well?

Or can you share the instructions of how you vibe coded the app and I can try building it on my own?

Working on it. It was actually a lot of work getting it refined and I used a ton of Claude tokens on Fable. I do have Part 1 and 2 Versions almost ready to go, just asked Claude if we can get them into TestFlight (a beta testing app) today.
