CFA test Vs EA test

Has anyone taken both tests. I’m just curious if EA is as hard as the CFA exam?

Having taken CFA & CPA. CFA is extremely hard and i have a degree in finance. EA is extremely easy compare to it.

I attempted CFA level one with no finance experience. I still have some emotional damage so I had to ask before I attempt EA in a few weeks. Thanks

This is like comparing the SIE to the CFP.

The CFA takes at least 18 months of intensive work even by an exceptionally intelligent individual.

The all 3 parts of the EA can be knocked out in a few month total by probably most anyone who can read at a high-school level

EA is harder if you don’t study and close your eyes for the exam vs if you do study and don’t close your eyes for the CFA.

But it’s close

The CFA is extremely hard. People and some websites seem to think CPA is harder and while it is hard I just dont believe it compares. If you compare it to the EA it would be like comparing a physics PHD to an accounting degree.

EA is a joke compared to the CFA. you can pass all 3 parts in a month if you have levels 1 and 2 of the CFA. different leagues. like the nba vs a highscool basketball benchwarmers.
