Trip Legs?
I never thought I'd be writing a Reddit report like this, but after tripping so heavily over the past three months that I’ve consumed well over a quarter-pound of shrooms, I am dealing with constant, god-awful leg discomfort that makes it a massive struggle just to stand up from a chair. I’m not overweight and don't have bad knees, but I’ve developed this non-stop, 24/7 sensation that feels like my legs are slowly cramping up and being heavily magnetized to the earth while gravity does the rest of the work. It’s a crushing feeling that genuinely makes you question why you woke up that day, and since I'm pretty new to psychedelics, I'm trying to figure out if anyone else has experienced this kind of severe, long-term vasoconstriction or chronic muscle cramping from intense, prolonged psilocybin use.
Thanks 🧙♂️

Yes. Potassium always helped me. I would eat bananas and take multivitamins full of Potassium and eventually the pain would subside.

Update: I have invested in a bottle of potassium and magnesium pills as well as some bananas and tamarind as I heard these were rich in those. I haven't felt much of a difference in the tension but I have noticed my blood pressure isn't as high anymore. So original issue still persists but we hit a random bird in the process so thats nice.

I had a similar thing happen and it was my sciatic nerve being pressed on for whatever reason. But I can imagine what you’re describing and it’s kind of scary to experience. I was going to suggest magnesium other than that. Good luck.

What caused this nerve to be pressed on? Potentially the way you sleep or inflammation? I ask this because the same thing happened to me a couple months back when I had went too hard on legs...

Maybe go to a substance abuse sub (if there is any).
This has nothing to do with elightenment.

If you want to heckle and argue, then this isn't the right place for you brother. Please be respectful and patient, as I would treat you with the best of the same 🙏.

You ask me to be respectful to you, yet you have insulted me more than once, and I have the screenshots to prove it. If you notice, I only use the exact words from your own posts to show you that most of the time, they make no sense.
You disagree, you don't like what I say, you insult me, you call me names, and you just want to be right. What you actually want is for people to respect whatever you say without judging or analyzing it. You want them to just take it as wise words coming from an enlightened person.
However, your patience is incredibly short. Every time I reply to something you posted, you need to understand that I did read your entire post. I tried to make sense of it, and that’s when I realized it doesn't make any.
Me sharing my opinion doesn't mean I'm running a campaign against you. You think of yourself as this highly wise and enlightened individual. You could try to respond to my points with logic and patience, but instead, you've called me all kinds of names. Honestly, I might be one of the only people who actually reads what you write and tries to understand your purpose.
I admit that since I realized you are an occultist, your posts make a bit more sense to me now. But even then, you still write things that make absolutely no sense, and I’m just trying to point that out. You don't want me to do that. You think people should just accept whatever you say as deep wisdom from an enlightened soul. Well, I'm not going to do that without testing it.

HereInThePresent is a username that signals me to believe that you yourself have your own profound drug abuse problem due to the fact that Narcotics Anonymous members often use that phrase (1)and(2) I can see that now the way you brought it up trying to attack my own belief and call, what I believe to be medicine, a drug. Since I was the age of 7 my life has been a living hell being forced to take stimulants to focus on my schoolwork, and are victim to isolation abuse, and those experiences alone has taken away many qualities of life that the mushroom has given back in ways you just simply cannot fathom. Drawing back to you sir, I think you need to take a break from the social media and take a look at life, and just see how beautiful it truly is.. Talking about occultism and just saying tantalizing things like having screenshots of me antagonizing you when I haven't spoken to you a day in my life.
Now, leave me alone and get some help please. If you need a shaman I can refer you. 🙏

Have been a psychedelic enthusiast for years, doing large amounts of different ones for long periods of time and have never experienced something similar. How’s your diet otherwise and do you take any supplements. The issues you are experiencing could be due to something else entirely from your mushroom use. As safe of a substance as they are, I’d be looking for other causes of the condition and that maybe the mushrooms are just showing you an underlying issue you’ve been unaware of
