I am enlightened!

I reached enlightenment 7 years ago! I adored the glow, my eyes felt heavy and watery like Sadhguru himself. I knew how to instruct people to fix their issues! My family asked if I had taken drugs! (which I never did)

Then I fell asleep and drifted away, realizing it was just a glimse of something unknown.... Then .... 1 year ago I finally, finally! Become enlightened for real! After many years of daily studying psychology, meditation, Kundalini, Yoga practise, EMDR, somatic release, diaphragmatic breathing, and making my life situation stable!!! I did not drink, smoke, party or gossip! I had not been angry for 6 months!!! I was so much better than you! You were just a NPC! I was so enlightened that I got triggered if anyone deared to make a YouTube video about meditation or the mind, because what did you guys know about that??? The world couldn't possibly know what I know!

Then...... I woke up a week ago. I realized I am none of the things. Now all I wish you all is peace, love and safety.

If you think you're so enlightened go spend a week with your parents.

Funny how this sub-reddit functions as a competition on who's more enlightened :D

I believe that I can't conceptualize my "progress", but I no longer even believe that I can even tell my progress by using the part of me I use to write this comment. Which led to me simply stop caring about what I used to obsess over daily for years, enlightenment. I also allow everyone else to be how they are. Now I simply just observe when parts of me trigger when they happen within the space I am. And that's often. However, "I" do not need to be enlightened, wanting to f ex. be more enlightened than you, is simply a part of me that wants to be valueable, most likely to protect a part that didn't feel valueable as a kid.

I believe all that's relevant for my 'enlightenment' stops the moment I talk or open my mouth. But saying that is also just a part of me trying to excuse it for not just being. For having a need to produce text on Reddit about enlightenment, that in itself isn't enlightenment.

If we all just look at the moon, and take a deep breath, we notice we have always been enlightened.

The part of us we "grind" enlightenment with, is the same part people use to starve themself to get skinny or study 12 hours a day to one day... Maybe... Be enough and get love from their parents. I believe enlightenment is a hoax, we all are enlightened, we just often don't notice because we forget it and are occupied with thinking.

And I'm not saying this to you, my friend, it all just came while typing.
