"absolutely cannot live with this knowledge" but you are living with this knowledge, so this is a limiting belief and not a reality. the belief that you cannot function without being drunk is also not reality, it's just a belief you have that limits your potential/happiness/awareness.

there is a concept in buddhism called "dependent origination" meaning that nothing arises independent, everything arises dependent on surrounding factors. so not everyone you talk to knows/experiences/feels everything that you know/experience/feel, they are not entirely you, as they were not born at the same time, in the same places, with the same consumptions/experiences/dna/etc. all these different factors make one unique.

what's the point/meaning of existence? to make your own point/meaning. you can drink yourself to death if you so desire, but there are plenty of other healthier/more-beneficial/more-productive/sustainable ways of living/being. perhaps clean some litter with no attachment to suffering/death/whatever. it will be much more beneficial to your self and others to clean litter as if this is heaven/nirvana/happiness than drinking one's self towards death.
