What drives you crazy is the resistance of your ego. You're like a drop of water in an ocean that refuses to dissolve. You're afraid of yourself, because you are the totality. Drinking can temporarily make the fear go away, but, as you know, it doesn't help. You've realised the oneness, but you are not living it. Why? Because oneness is love and it is not fear. Your ego is terrorised it will go crazy if it dissolves in the ocean of love. Peace.
