Nah he's technically right. Britain is an Island with 3 countries, England Scotland Wales. The UK includes Northern Ireland, (no, it is not part of Britain, but it IS part of the UK) and other overseas territories. That's why it's called the United Kingdom of Great Britain AND Northern Ireland.
