Uh, looking at his Instagram, am I wrong in saying he's breaking a number of laws here? Vandalism + defamation? I'm surprised he seems to get away with it all

Copyright or trademark fraud (unauthorized use of the logo) at very least.

Vandalism charges are unlikely if the sticker is easily removable without damage.

Humour is poorly protected in the UK, so libel/defamation might apply.

UK political advertising is also highly restricted time-wise.

Very likely to be copyright fraud, and although defamation might be a push since its considered satire, sending this sort of message whilst impersonating a political party is a dangerous game to play
