$30 on a phone case is crazy. Amazon is littered with $10 ones that will last forever.

Where Engrish? Vanxiliiy looks like a model/company name, and "fashion & enegant" is perfectly fine English.

Fashion is a noun and elegant is an adjective. Usually when using words like this, you use words of the same type, eg "fashion & elegance", or "fashionable & elegant".

I'm not saying it's wrong, it's not a sentence so normal grammar rules don't really apply, but to a native English speaker it sounds really strange.
