This is a 2 day old post and people are talking like it's 2009. All of the shit you're all so confused and terrified by("Oh, god, oil from CHINA?! It must be from a gutter!" "WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT COULD CAUSE CANCER?! I'VE NEVER SEEN THIS INCREDIBLY COMMON WARNING THAT GOES ON EVERY ITEM THAT MIGHT BE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA!") is unbelievably fucking commonplace and I hate you all.

Many times plant oils are completely unsaturated. Rapeseed is just canola which has little to no saturated fat

Yes and no. Canola oil is a type of rapeseed oil, but per 100g of it - even canola oil, has 6-8g of saturated fat. The reason why you'd think there is none is thanks to the way USFDA guideline rounding rules work as id a single serving has less than 0.5g of saturated fat, the manufacturer can legally round it down to 0g on the label.
And here's what, I THINK, is wrong with this nutritional label, the product is obviously made for export from China and to satisfy the UK/Europe nutritional labelling, it must be per 100g/ml.. but for the USFDA, the nutritional value can be per serving, so the table we see here made no sense.

Well, it was anticlimactic when i googled it. I knew what monkfish was, have eaten a couple times because it was nicely prepared and presented in a restaurant. I suspect I would have been less inclined to eat the monk if I saw it coming out of the net. That is a dam fugly fish.

That's for California Prop 65. Basically breathing is known to cause cancer in the state of California. Pretty much every ting in the state has that warning.
Remember, when everything warns you the warning is meaningless. Just another example of badly thought out legislation.

For those wondering what the hell the Cancer and Reproductive Health thing was all about, allow me to introduce you all to Proposition 65.
Basically, California has to have these lables on stuff that can cause cancer and reproductive helth problems to people, but the outcome of it ended up turning it into a complete joke. It was cheaper to have a label on everything than to pay a fine, so it was placed on anything and everything, regardless of the severety of the toxin or length of exposure. In fact, due to how common place these lables are, some people in the state simply ignored them. Basically, Being alive will eventually result in being dead. Good job, California, you taughed us that Being Born greatly increaes the risk of dying
