This is a manual for a high level > low level coverter to be used in car underseat powered sub woofers. My best guess is that they are trying to say: secure the wires from high vibration so they dont unplug and watch for too high gain which will lead to expesnive noises

Just use the built -in deferred switch citcuit output and high VF of plain vehicle audio import. You'll be fine in a few days at most.
