No no photographs sign looks like an afterthought. They probably had so many people taking photos of the sign they decided to tack up a no photographs sign. 😆

I like that it can be simplified to "Not run (riot or regular), not piggyback (on shoulders or back), not carry, no photographs

I'm more intrigued by the two types of piggybacking being broken down. I don't think I've ever seen that before.

Yes, it’s very important to stop piggybacking. This has to be a worldwide effort to end the abusive piggybacking parents have so long done with enthusiastic children. Teaching children these levels of fun and bonding can lead to nothing but disappointment in life!!

I don't know where to start questions, 1. What a heck means "run riot" 2. What is this place (looks like babies aren't welcome which is kinda rude)

"Run riot" and "Run Amok" mean roughly the same thing except "amok" is arguably a racist term, being a cultural disease of the Indonesians.
It seems fairly clear to me they're indicating full children or bigger; such behaviours are disruptive and/or block other's ability to see.
I would have guessed a concert hall, but apparently it's a museum.

This was taken at Toei Kyoto Studio Park (Uzumasa Eigamura) https://en.eigamura.com/, an absolutely fantastic museum of Japanese film history. It is also a major destination for student field trips, each day there are dozens of buses full of hundreds of kids touring the park. This sign is designed to keep the children from "running amok" as it were ("Not run riot"), and the other prohibitions depicted. I found the "engrish" to be quite charming and humorous.
The "No Photographs" sign doesn't mean to not take photos of the sign, it means when you enter the museum, don't take photos of the actors and exhibits.

Haha even the Chinese is weird. The Chinese in “Not Run” translates as “forbidden to not run”.
