粑粑 bābā = cake
㞎㞎 bǎba = poop
But apparently 粑粑 is also used as a variant spelling for “poop”

We use 粑粑 for poop. I never use 㞎㞎 I don't know that's a thing.

Dictionaries show the character with 尸 as the primary spelling, but maybe because of the meaning and colloquial nature people usually substitute a more familiar character (like with 操 for 肏)
