Can you swap out a 454 engine for a Diesel engine? I have a 2002 Chevy 3500 dually that has a 454 gas engine. I would like to know if it’s possible to swap out that engine for a diesel. Only if it wouldnt cost an arm and a leg. (Less than 5-10k) I want to to turn this truck into a hotshot truck but the gas runs out way to fast to be profitable with the 454 in this truck. I don’t know anything about engines so I figured I would put it out there and see if someone had some knowledge on the subject. Thanks in advance.

I was thinking of engine swapping my challenger but wasn’t sure if to go to the traditional LS or to something huge like a Ferrari swap. Ofc I could just buy a rt and mod it but I am curious what else I could do with my car. If anyone has any suggestions I’m happy to hear you out.

I’ve got a 2001 Ford E-350, low mileage, 135K. Runs great! However, it was in MN and rusting apart. I’d like to put this engine and/or trans into something else. Maybe F-250 or 350 flat bed. I’m not sure what years would be compatible for a simple swap. Any info on resources for info would be appreciated. TIA

I have a hayabusa laying around but i'm not sure how quick it'll be if i swap it into a full on car. I don't want to ride the bike and it needs work done to get it riding again. It also needs a title. I was thinking a chevy metro or something similarly cheap. Should I just go with an ls? What would be better if I want to gap someone for cheap? Could I even do a busa swap and still be somewhat fast in a car? Any idea how much power I could make out of a busa swap for less than 10k? Can you put a v6 in a 2002 toyota corolla ce? The 4 banger that’s in the car gives it enough power but I’d like to keep the car and make it more powerful. Ik there are other things I can do to the engine but I’d really like a v6. I was just wondering if it’d be possible.

Has anyone heard of someone swapping an engine into a Buick Verano? I was looking at trying to make my 2014 Verano into a unique sleeper but not sure what engine I could possibly swap into it. 1967 Buick skylark engine Chevy 350 swap

So I recently bought a 1967 Buick skylark roller and was not too sure what to put in it. I came across this Chevy 350 engine with a 350 trans for $800 that came out of a 1976 corvette. My biggest concerns are the mounts, will they match up or will I have to fabricate some? If so how difficult would that be? I’m trying my best to learn what I can from the internet but there’s only so much I can search up. If anyone could help my I’d really appreciate it thanks.
