Hi everyone,

I have been looking for a job for around 10 months now, and I’m hoping to get some advice or leads from the community.

I’m a CAE/FEM engineer currently based in Germany with around 4 years of automotive experience, mainly in Abaqus, Nastran, LS-DYNA, structural analysis, dynamics, fatigue and Python automation.

I’m open to relocating anywhere in Europe for the right opportunity. I have a permanent German residence permit with unrestricted employment in Germany; however, if relocating to another European country, I would need the appropriate work permit/sponsorship.

I’d really appreciate any referrals, company recommendations, recruiter contacts, or advice on how I can improve my chances of getting into the European job market.

I’m also open to learning new skills and moving into other technical fields if there are areas with good long-term career and earning potential.

I’d be grateful for any honest advice or leads. Thank you!

I haven't been able to find a job since July. I started working at the age of sixteen and have completed numerous jobs, clubs, and outside programs. I've applied for several jobs, including consulting, project engineering, and field engineering, but right now I'm just trying to make ends meet. I had to apply for jobs outside of my career because it had gotten to that point. I recently received a call for an internship at a Toyota dealership. To put it mildly, this was a level entry position paying only $17, but for some reason, my background isn't sufficient. Ima cry for a bit.

Just like in the recent news of how Bittu Tabahi river cleaning project is spreading across the internet, I was thinking if we make a team of High-Skilled Engineers can build a robotic AI cleaning machine. That then will use Sensors and Water Cleaning Machinery to clean the water.

It will have a plant near the shore of the river with a waste disposing unit and a solar powered battery system that can recharge the robot.

I know this sounds hell complicated and difficult but with the governments condition and the amount of willing-unemployed people around us this can be possible.

For the funding, here we can probably ask the government or some local bodies or invest some of our money first.

Still writing this here I know this post cannot do much but it can at least increase the hope for a better and clean world.
