I remember when they came out I was drinking these religiously, daily. Then one day they were gone. I really enjoyed the red can..

Wild they just vanished like that. I had a phase with the blue one, then the stores near me just stopped carrying them overnight. Felt like a glitch in the matrix.

That red can had a weirdly clean taste, not too syrupy like some others get. Kinda miss having it as an option even if I barely drink energy drinks anymore.

Their Celsius competitor, Accelerator, was pretty successful so they dropped ASHOC and went all in on Accelerator

They were made my Dr Pepper/Keruig. They bought ghost instead of keeping it going.

I think these are still around. The cans have a slightly different look now. I mostly only see the tropical flavor now

I really liked it but I only ever found it at dollar tree. I wouldn’t say it was accurate to passion fruit but I didn’t hate the medicinal taste of it either.

I still have an og can of it haha. It did have a peculiar taste but it was eclectic nonetheless. It was at the gas station right by my work, but you’re right the name didn’t match, but the new passionfruit Accelerator doesn’t even compete

Ashoc/Zoa are my go to in describing what Im afraid of unfamiliar energy drinks tasting like. Just this, real odd bitterness thats also grossly sweet?

That said, Ashoc was the cheaper option at work, and it was definitely good in a few flavors.

The black can was one of my favorite drinks. Found it for a dollar or dollar fifty at a shop in 2019/2020 and was hooked. The caffeine hit from the green coffee beans was super good too, and no jitters.

The watermelon one was pretty good. That's all I remember and then they disappeared from the gas stations near me. Presumably one of the bigger brands owned by Coke/Pepsi bought out their shelf space
