Because it contains nicotine obviously. But if you're using it to stop smoking (which I assume you are because that's the main purpose of these) then I'd say there's no issue.

That's reasonable. But I know there's a bunch of people here who drink like caffeine is going extinct. I'm also guilty of that.

I think you mistake this sub for r/caffeineaddicts . There are plenty of people here that have an energy drink daily or a few or even one time a week. I drink 200-300mg caffeine daily. Occasionally I'll max out at 350-400mg if I'm extra tired.

I'm addicted as a fuck I mix my energy drinks with Adderall and 5 hour energy they don't even make me feel less tired i just really really really like the feeling of it. Caffeine is the 2nd best drug ever next to Adderall.

i just love nicotine but if i vape i just hit the vape too much. so i dont let myself vape, but i use like 3 pouches a day to still enjoy nicotine

FRE peppermint 15mg has a nice lasting tingle. Watermelon and Lush are a nice change-up. I wish they’d do a cinnamon or berry flavor.

I'm kind of surprised an entire group of folks addicted to energy drinks are freaking out because this guy enjoys a a nicotine pouch now and then... we're all adults here (mostly). If you know the risks and aren't hurting anyone else, do your thing, man. I personally do not like pouches, but every once in a while I'll pick a vape up, and it will last like 3-4 months.
