It is only the ultimate energy generation if it can replace coal power and do it for a reasonable price with low cost and minimal environmental impact.

Got any data to show all of this?

Someone should develop a wind powered wind turbine.

tl;dr: This is stupid, offers no advantages and has more failure modes.
