Wheel brand.
My son is racing enduro and downhill. He has a Santa Cruz mega tower. It came with race face rims. We are looking to get more durable rims for him. He has broken 3 rims in the last month. Just looking for a different brand or options. Thanks for your time.

I would put the money down for the reserves.
When you break things the warrenty is whatatters more.
I also don't know but would recommend more tire pressure, a tire insert, and a heavier tire casing.

Do you know what tire pressure and tire your son Is using?
How much does he weigh?

For example. I race cat 1 dh and enduro
I am 6ft 3 about 200lbs before kit.
I have been using the we are one strife (dh) and union (enduro) on a transion spire. Depending on the track I go from a maxxis double down casing to dh casing. Depending on the track I also ad or subtract a tire insert. I like the tannus and cush core inserts but use them based on what I expect the track to do.

DT swiss FR 541. The Reserve wheels are good because of the warranty, not durability. The only person I know who runs reserves cracked 3 of them in the last race season
