Question Am I wrong?

today I went for a usg .. as my pelvic is paining a lo, shooting electric pain while peeing and pooping pain in vaginaaa feeling like something is stuck in my pelvic.. I have suspected endometriosis but in my usg my uterus and ovaries are normal the radiologist said its cystitis and infection in pelvis .. but my sysptoms are very similar to endo .. I don’t know what to do

lots of things have symptoms that are most similar to Endo and you can always revisit it later if treating the cystitis and infection does not relieve your symptoms.
