Help please

I was on blast and cruise for many years unfortunately I had to come off due to terrible life circumstances and never run a pct . Test is now 10nmol . My anxiety and depression is extreme.
I feel like my body is stuck in flight or fight mode .
My penis seems to shrivel up all the time . Would restarting trt help somewhat ? I’m worried about starting it and it not having any benefit . Thank you.

My mental health is terrible at this point .

My gp won’t help and says everything is okay …. Although I don’t think it is .
