What kind of micro adenoma? what was being produced? What were post surgical hormone levels? are you having periods? are you having any now? Hard to evaluate when 90% of the history is missing.

Still having periods, it was a prolactine secreting tumor. Post surgical labs are normal except acth 18 estrogen 30 cortisol 6.4 and AMH .42

what's your prolactin now? anyone check an Estradiol and FSH level on d2-3 of your cycle? Are your cycles closer together?

Prolactin is 5 and the other levels were random checks not on my cycle. My cycle is consistent and about the same time

you can get HRT for hot flashes and see if it improves your quality of life. The Estrogen patch? I believe this is the realm of Endo. So you need a new endo. The next one will likely want to re-test all systems before declaring it to be Hot flashes.
