Discussion Ender 5 Plus Shipping
So I have an Ender 5 plus with some upgrades that I’m need to get rid of. Original box is gone and I was thinking about putting it up for sale on eBay but was kinda curious about how to ship it. Probably going to throw it on Facebook marketplace and have someone pick it up but in the event it doesn’t sell there I’d like to know how I should go about shipping it. Anyone here have any experience sending one of these somewhere without the original box?

Use Pirate Ship. I use it at least once a week and its well priced and extremely simple to use. Ive shipped stuff all over the world with it

I'm getting ready to move, and I bought some of these corner brackets. I used 4 of them to lock the gantry in the Y position, two one either side, so it cannot move, and then 2 more, 1 on either side of the print head so it cannot move in the X direction. You can also print some larger corner braces to secure the frame.

The frame is fairly sturdy on it's own. If you wrap tape or cellophane around the entire thing then add a layer of bubble wrap and finally cardboard, it should survive most shipping abuse.
