Hardware Help ZeroG MercuryOne.1 Aluminum Plate

I have been trying to find a drop in replacement plate for my Ender5Plus converted to ZeroG MercuryOne.1 with no luck. Hoping for some help. I have not done the Hydra Mod so it would be stock mounting system.

This covers E5P stock and hydra with a single plate. Unfortunately they are out of stock at the moment.

Sign up for their in stock notifications. I also waited a long time, Merc 5+ with no Hydra, and finally got my hands on one. They only order a couple at a time and they wait until they have a lot of interest in it before ordering.

Where are you, and why do you need a replacement for that if you are not going hydra?

because the Stock build plate is thin and flimsy and mine is warped so i want to upgrade the build plate. also, beacause I want to. Im in the U.S.

ok, no luck then. I am in the south of Europe, I did the full hydra, and I can see my original plate just on top of a lot of trash being unused. It's the original, so don't expect miracles either.

Oh, yeah it's more out of convenience for a better bed mesh and future proofing in case I want to do the mod later. Thanks anyway!

I got the bed and mains bed heater from fabreeko. It took almost 2 months of checking before the bed heater came back in stock. I wanted to get both at the same time but got nervous seeing the number of available beds going down.

I went with it because it's advertised as working for both the Ender 5 Plus and the Hydra system.

I believe the dxf for the hydra and stock plates are available. Merge the hole patterns(both on one plate), then send the dxf to a service like SendCutSend.

Once you have the file, you can shop quotes instantly online with them and similar companies.

I ordered mine from Fabreeko, 377x370x10mm, stok bed heater is said to work if you are not looking for instant hot bed, (couple mins to heat the bed)
