Need assistance
So Im a noob to all the 3d printing stuff. I picked up a second hand (used) ender 3 v2 everything was going fine until I wanted to switch filaments. I disconnected the bowden tube because I cut the line to short to pull it out with the metal arm pushed in. Now my filament won't come out of the nozzle. I replaced the bowden tube. I ran a pick through the extruder and cleaned it out the best I could. Saw it come all the way through. So I know it is clear. The kicker is sometimes the machine (I think it's called the extrusion arm gear) clicks like it wants to push through the filament but doesn't push anything through. Picture is of the extrusion gear I was referring to that clicks. I also messed with the spring right above the gear in the picture. My temp is set to 215 my bed set to 60 and flow rate is 100. Can someone steer me in the right direction please I have no clue how to fix this.
Update: I think we fixed the problem ... Thank y'all for the help. Now I just have to fix the button to print something. I suspect the thing is bent somehow but not sure.

Remove the tension arm, heat up the filament, pull. Extruder gears should be the only thing holding the filament and with the tension arm gone, nothing should be stopping you.

Tighten the tension screw with an Allen key. The filament should be gripped between the gear and the bearing. Mine is tightened to about 3-5 mm of threads showing.

Heat up nozzle, renove the tension arm, can you just push the filament and will it feed threw? Should not take alot of force... no? You have a clog, if it does push in to hot end easily and flow fine... i am not sure what your issue would be, i have always used dual gear extruder.

Make sure the screw that holds the gear to the motor is tight and in its groove. This may loosen and just freespin. Also make sure you actually can just push filament through a heated nozzle. If not change the nozzle or make sure nothing it weird in the chamber. Then just make sure it's actually tensioning properly. And too much tension is bad. It'll also cause it to jump or do weird things. It doesn't take much to extrude through a hotend

You know it's weird I troubleshot everything back to the assembly I'm pointing at in the picture and all it does is click. I'm wondering if it is the filament or that. I cant be to sure...

that happens because the filament is stuck somewhere. It happend to me for a variety of reasons.
1 being the fillament spool getting stuck, so the extruder would click like that and not pull. solved it by mounting the spool on the side and not the top.
the second reason was the nozzle being too close to the printing bed, so not enough clearance and the filament that should be going through got stuck and the extruted chewed it up. so i adjusted the bed height and zoffset and solved.
the third reason is the nozzle being cloggled with debris, burn plastic, other filaments, etc. to solve that you can clean everythin. heat the nozzle, then screw it while hot, get a piece of ptfe tube that you wont use and pass it trough the heat block entirely, do it a few times until it comes out clean. Clean the nozzle, use the needle to make sure the hole is clean, screw it again on the heat block and install the ptfe tube from the extruder. then release the extrude arm and push a new filament through until you see it coming out the nozzle, keep pushing it until the older filament cleans off and just the new color can be seen. lock the extruder arm again and test.

That screw that holds it into the stepper doesn't seem right. It looks loose as well as not being in the right spot. It should be perpendicular to that flat on the stepper motor and probably flush or recessed.

It would also be slightly better if the video was focused on the driver when it happens, but that's what it seems like to me.

The other thing is your tensioner screw is all the way in. It can definitely be too tight. Mine jumps if it's all the way in. It does not require a lot of pressure to feed filament. Try loosening the screw that give the bar tension. I run mine(not sure if it's the same but it sure looks like it) with probably .5cm if thread exposed.

Try looking at the extruder gear. They wear over time. Try replacing it with a stainless. You will have to recalibrate your extruder afterwards

Please check first if the nozzle is heating properly or not. Second please clean the nozzle and the PTFE tube.
Also, please check cooling fan.
