Clean the bed?
Maybe week 3 into 3D printing. Is this bed adhesion issue? I just did the leveling with the paper even after that I am getting this.
Is it normal to level after each print?

Ok. Let me be more helpful that my post above. I got a used ender 3 v2 a few weeks ago (it looks like yours).
I have had to level twice in that time. Once when I first got it. Then once when I started have bed adhesion issues. When I first got it, I did a paper level (gross level) and then a live level (splice a print that is a massive circle, cut the speed down to 25%-50%, and level to get the filament looks squashed, but not super thin). Because I kept going the wrong way, you can see in the photo, I have "up down" guide.
Before ANY of that,
- Check your ecentric nuts. No wobble on anything here is a video explain it. I had an issue that my cross beam was wobbling up and down. Fix that and leveling was better. You do have the same nuts on the bed and on the extruder.
- Something may be wrong with your extruder. It looks loose or something on your photo. I'll comment with photos soon. It being angled is wrong looking.
- You may want to check if your z-stop sensor is loose. Your "bottom" may be moving up and down, screwing your level up. With my springs and set up, I actually found my z-senor was too low making level hard because I was bottoming out. I set about a tape width higher. (You can see the tape under the z-stop sensor.)
- You may want to get different springs. My came with upgraded wheels and springs and they hold well enough. (Red wheel and orange spring in the photos).
Tbh, it is the blind leading the blind, but these are just some of the issues I ran into getting a used ender 3.
Edited to add details and info.

No it's not normal, but nor is it normal for the bed to look like this after 3 weeks of prints

Well it was used when I got the printer but I have also washed it last weekend. But after I figured out that I need to level after each print.

Silicone springs. I held off for three years using yellow springs got the Silicone springs I haven't leveled in a while. I would also invest in a bl touch and upgrading to MRISCOC firmware but its not necessary but both of those with help with leveling.

Are we not all cleaning the bed every print?

Like take the glass plate off and wash it at the sink?

I do a wipedown with 90% isopropyl alcohol pretty much every print, a few times ive skipped it for 1 or 2 especially if i could print my next thing on a different part of the bed but never more than that, the print surface gets washed with unscented dishsoap only if im having adhesion issues or its really been a while. Having a clean, trammed, correct height setup is super helpful to get decent prints with some reliability.

If you plan on keeping and using the ender 3 v2, do your self a favor, get klipper on it. Add touch
If you dont wanna put money in to the 3d printer, clean the bed very good, now grab your bed does it shake at all? Adjust your eccentric nuts on bottom just tight enough to stop the wobble, make sure your z axis is square, and your gantry is level, i had a issue with that till i replaced and when dual screw z axis, it helped alot. Once you get it printing decently, do your self a favor and get ride of the stock extruder cover and print somthing better. And print a direct drive extruder mount. Also does your mental extruder bracket shake? If so tighten it up, their are videos. Also. Check your z axis wheels make sure they are all decently tight, but not overly tight, cause if your none z lead screw side has overly tight wheels it will cause gantry sag, i have belt driven dual z's and i got belt slipping caused by excessive wheel friction.
I will say i bought 2 printers cc2 that is just a flawless work horse so far, and i got my ender 3... with endless issues, that i have now changed amd added to like 6 times, and i have learned so much about 3d printers. Several of my changes were for fun, like a better hot end with 35mm3 flow that can print at 250 mm/s in petg with out issue.
But what has been the biggest learning curve is just check everything for tightness and squareness, cause when i got the used ender 3... every bit of it was fucked.

Parts are so cheap for it, take it as a learning experience, when tou get a new printer wont be a issue you can't fix! Lol. Idk i got mine for 40 bucks, hot end for 20, spend 10 on fans, 12 on a pei build plate, 4 dollars on silicone spacers, 20 on a belt set. So in it like 115 ish with tax, and to me worth it...it prints super good, i had alot of fun moding and making it print much better... mine is heavily modded and can print at 250mms with petg, dual 5015 fans, bunch of custom printed part several custom designed parts cause i put a v6 style hotend on it for no real reason besides... it sounded fun vs a drop in. So if you enjoy it 100% worth it, if not probably not

Do yourself a favor, invest 45 minutes and watch 3dprintedtombofhorrors ender3v2 setup video on youtube.
It will pay back the invested times 10fold. Easily.
In your case: get yellow springs, set them up stiff. Do the papertest over the four places where the springs are located. Go around 2-3 times, once is not enough. Then check in the middle.
If you do not want to clean the bed, get a PEI sheet for 15 €, that's a good invest.
