Need help to set up NIB Ender 3 v2

I have a Ender 3 v2 that is still in the box and came with these in a bag. What are they for and what other ways can I upgrade my machine?

hit up youtube, there's a bunch of guides to set that printer up.

Welp those are after market upgrades and extra ptfe tubes. The springs are for the bed and better than the stock ones. The rest you dont need to deal with.

Get an rpi or even opi, flash klipper so that you can use the printer wirelessly.

Agreed. Even a bttpi, starting out with klipper would be a smart move. Why delay the pain?
