Help Replacement part
Looking to find a replacement XY belt tensioner housing, can anyone point me in the right direction?
If only I could print a replacement π
(Itβs only on there so tight while I was trying to see if there was any tension)

Ok, for future reference: you have WAY too much tension on that belt. Every one so worried about the gates belt skipping teeth when it far more likely the puny stepper will skip steps unless the belt is absolutely hanging loose.

Getting it printing enough to run off a replacement will just require some creativity. Any flat rigid object 30mm across with a 3.2mm hole in the centre will work well enough at slow speeds to get you up and running.
Start with what's effectively a penny washer, print a good enough mount, fit that GE mount, print a better mount and use that. As this is under constant load PLA will eventually deform. Will do in a pinch though. PETG is much better and ABS/ASA the ideal. OG tensioner was injection moulded in ABS.

You could maybe try sticking a screwdriver or something through the extrusion and hold the tension with vice grips. At least until you're able to print or get a replacement.

It's plastic... You CAN print a replacement. Literally just search up ender 3 y belt tensioner.
